Alexis de la Rosa is a bilingual psychotherapist who supports women navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and the invisible weight of life transitions. She specializes in working with women who are managing shifting identities, high-functioning stress, perfectionism, burnout, and relational challenges.

Rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, Alexis offers a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore patterns, process emotions, and reconnect with their sense of self. She draws from evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused strategies, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)—to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.

Alexis is fluent in both English and Spanish and offers therapy in both languages. Her clinical experience includes individual therapy, group counseling, and psychoeducation across diverse settings. She is passionate about helping women move beyond survival mode and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
Alexis holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She is a member of the AEDP Institute, the Menopause Society, and the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA).
