Alexis de la Rosa is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) based in Maryland, specializing in women's mental health with a focus on significant life transitions such as perimenopause and menopause. Additionally, Alexis has experience in helping women navigate various life changes, including career shifts, new parenting roles, relationship adjustments, and challenges related to anxiety and stress. She uses a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques, to meet each client’s unique needs and strengths.

 

Alexis earned her Master's in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2018. She holds the credential of National Certified Counselor and is an active member of the Menopause Society and the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. Fluent in English and Spanish, Alexis is dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for her clients.
